Left Right Left
I enjoy writing movie and TV scripts and this was my first ever animated short film. Created during the pandemic in my free time, this story was inspired by a real experience. This was actually part of a longer story called "Tuna" that I had cut down and made it its own.
Role: Writer/Director/Producer
I created a logo and name from a play on words from my initials; "MTT" "Empty Tea".
StoryBoard
I knew how I wanted each scene to appear and the emotion I wanted to convey so I made my own boxes and drew some quick sketches.
Drawings/Sketches
I found and hired a young animator from UpWork to Animate and add Folly.
Polished Storyboard
I found another talented character and storyboard artist to take my original storyboard and make them more polished. We also met about once a week to talk about what I wanted the characters to look like and how certain scenes should appear. She created the characters and storyboard in great detail.
